Advertise Your Commercial Listing!

Check out these new email templates that allow you to send out the details of a new listing to prospective clients and other contacts.

They use merge keys to automatically substitute listing information into the email. This allows you to use 1 email template for multiple listing emails.

The first template is below. It is entitled Commercial Listing 1 in the email template section of your account. You can use it as is, or make a copy of the template to add in additional information.

Here is the second commercial listing template. It has an area to add in some points about the features of the property. This one you will need to make a copy of and edit, so that you can insert the features. This one is entitled Commercial Listing 2.

We always recommend that you test out your email template before blasting it off to your clients. To do that go to Email > Send Immediate Email and select yourself as a contact. Then choose the email template and listing for the email. Once you receive the email, review it to see if any changes are needed.
