Can my assistant attend an online training webinar?
Yes, your assistant is welcome to attend any of the training sessions you are currently eligible for. Before your assistant registers for a training session please send an email to training@realwebsolutions.com with your assistants contact information. Please be sure to include your information in the email so we know who they are working for.
Can I bring my assistant to an in class training session?
Yes, you can bring your assistant to the in class training sessions. Please include your assistants contact information when you register for the training session.
I registered for a online webinar and did not receive an email confirmation, what do I do?
If you have registered for an online webinar and you have not received the confirmation email please contact our support team at least 15 – 20 minutes before the start of the online training webinar. Our support team will be able to assist you with entering the webinar.
How often can I attend training?
There is no limit to the amount of training sessions you can attend.
Is there a cost for training?
At this time there is no cost for either online or in class group training session. However there are some additional costs for one on one training sessions.
I am currently not a client but I would like to know more about the product, can I attend a training session?
At this time our training is only available to current clients. If you would like to learn more about the product please contact our sales team. Can I bring my notebook to the in class training session?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your notebook and we have wireless Internet available.
What training sessions am I eligible for?
We currently offer training sessions for both the Real Web Agent product and the Real Web Directory Product. If you are using the Real Web Directory product you are only eligible for the Real Web Directory / Residential Directory DNCL. If you are currently using the Real Web Agent software you are eligible for all our training.
I was denied access to a training session but I am a client, what do I do?
If you were denied access to a training session and believe it was in error please send an email to training@realwebsolutions.com. Please be sure to email us at least 15 - 20 minutes before the start of the training.
Do you offer one on one training sessions?
Yes, we do offer one on one training sessions however there are some additional costs involved. All one on one training sessions are held at the Real Web Solutions office located at Queen's Quay West & York St. Downtown Toronto. For more information on setting up a one on one training session please email training@realwebsolutions.com.
What are the system requirements for attending a training webinar?
To attend a Webinar on a PC, the following is required:
- Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 2.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
- Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server or Vista
- Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
- Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (Recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers (a USB headset is recommended).
If I use a Mac can I attend the webinar?
Yes, if you have a Mac computer you can attend the training Webinars.
System requirements:
- Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer
- Safari 3.0 or newer, Firefox 2.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
- Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
- Power PC G4/G5 or Intel processor (521 MB of RAM or better recommended)
Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers (a USB headset is recommended).
